With the Microprocessor Based Pressure Indicator, SICOM has the ability to test relief valves and identify those in need of adjustment or full service with no operational interruptions. Calibration of pressure relief valves are performed by highly trained executives.The result is a certifiable test allowing correctly performing valves to remain in service for longer periods, as well as the valves that do not meet the correct performance criteria by our experienced personnel so that they can be repaired or replaced.

Calibration of Gas Detector

Gas detector is the only instrument which perform key role by avoiding injury & fatalities of peoples/workers working in toxic & gaseous areas.

The only way to know whether this instrument is capable of proper performance is to expose it to test gas. Exposing the instrument to known concentration test gas verifies that gas is properly able to reach and be detected by the sensors.

SICOM uses complete line of calibration gas mixture cylinders (filled in 3 Ltr. WC CS Cylinder) with 2.5% (50% LEL) Methane + Bal. Air that helps to check proper performance of Gas Detector. This method is very simple and takes only a few minutes to accomplish. It is not necessary to make a calibration adjustment unless the readings are found to be inaccurate. Gas detector is calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations & as per the requirments of clients. We offer full service and repair facilities at customer sites for fixed and portable Gas detection equipment.

Currently we have done calibration of 3000+ Gas Detectors. With the help of advanced technology & right tools, our well trained Instrumentation Engineers are enough capable to reduces downtime and maintenance cost of Gas Detectors.
